The Center for Integrated Research Computing (CIRC) will host its next symposium on Friday, October 18th, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm in Wegmans 1400.
This month’s featured speaker is C.M. Downey from the Department of Linguistics and the Goergen Institute for Data Science. Prof. Downey’s talk will showcase the development of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for studying under-resourced languages.
Our on-going research talk will be presented by Emily Robinson from the Department of Biochemistry & Biophysics. She will demonstrate the application of molecular dynamics for the development of therapeutics against opioid overdose.
